Article 26 - Forgery or Submission of Forged Documents, Seals, Signatures, and Titles, or Their Use (Both Written and Software-Based)

����️The offender shall be sentenced to one of the punishments mentioned in clauses 1 to 7 (excluding clause 5), and in case of repetition, the punishments can be increased up to clause 8.

✍️Note 1: If the committed act leads to any educational benefit such as passing university courses, certification of course completion, or obtaining or changing grades, the offender shall be sentenced to the punishment in clause 5 and one of the punishments mentioned in clauses 1 to 9. In case of repetition, the punishments can be increased up to clause 11.

✍️Note 2: If a graduation certificate is forged, the offender shall be sentenced to one of the punishments mentioned in clauses 4 to 11, and if the forged certificate is used for benefit, the punishments can be increased up to clause 17.

✍️Note 3: If the submission of a forged document leads to the student's admission under clause 19 or is part of the admission criteria for the university, in addition to reporting to the Central Student Selection Committee, the punishments can be increased up to clause 18.
